In this section, you can find the most frequently asked questions from participants of our tours and transfers in the Venice Lagoon.
Tickets can be purchased online until midnight on the day before the selected date. Online booking is not mandatory but highly recommended, as seats are limited and it allows direct access to the boat, bypassing the ticket office queue. In any case, tickets can also be purchased at the ticket office located on the boarding pier on the day of the tour.
With the Venice By Night excursion ticket, it is possible to depart at 9:30 AM and return at 10:00 PM, provided you notify us at +39 041 862 6373 or by email at info@venicewaterlink.com
During our tours, there are no guides on board, but you will have the opportunity to download the Laguna Sud audio guide to your smartphone for free to receive all the information about the itinerary through the southern part of the Venetian Lagoon. For only €5, you can also obtain the Full Venice audio guide which, thanks to its digital map, will lead you to discover Venice, Murano, Burano, and Torcello. Certainly! Navigation takes place within the Venetian Lagoon, not in the open sea, so it is always calm and the water is not very choppy.
Four-legged friends are welcome on our vessels. We always recommend bringing a muzzle in case emergency situations arise with other dogs on board. In any case, responsibility always remains with the owner.

Certainly! Our sailors will be at your complete disposal to assist you during boarding via the gangway. We also remind you that children from 0 to 3 years old travel free of charge.
Our vessels allow access to everyone. If a customer requires a wheelchair, we recommend arriving in advance to facilitate entry and comfortably choose a seat on board. Our sailors will be at your complete disposal to support you throughout the boarding process.
It is possible to bring suitcases; we recommend arriving in advance so they can be properly positioned inside the vessel.
